Authorisation complete!

We have some exciting news to share with you! Principled has this week received authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which means we are now able to begin offering regulated financial advice.

In starting the business, we could have taken the easier and quicker route of joining a network. This would have allowed us to be up and running very quickly. However, we took the tough route in becoming “directly authorised” by the FCA. We felt that this incredibly was important as we wanted to be completely independent, we want to provide our service in the way that we think is best, and we wanted to make sure our destiny was entirely in our own hands.

Achieving authorisation is a significant milestone for our company, but we have a long way to go. We are an ambitious firm who wants to be a leader in the financial planning profession, being recognised for the excellent service we provide for clients, whilst also being a pioneer for our investment style, and our charging structure.

We’ll tell you more about these goals over the coming weeks and months, but needless to say, we think we have a great offering, and we believe our charging structure is far more equitable than the out dated charging methods employed by most financial advisers.

In conjunction with the authorisation, we are thrilled to announce that our new website is now live. The new site is designed to make it easy for existing clients and the general public to access information about our services, team, and approach to financial planning. The website is also optimised for mobile devices, ensuring that clients can access our services on the go. We plan on adding more interesting and useful content to this over time.
